Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online orders. Should you wish to pay by email transfer, please contact our office to set up the order and obtain an invoice number. Send payments to info@vindesoif.ca and reference the invoice number in the instructions field.

Shipping Policy

We ship throughout Ontario, usually within one week. More remote areas are delivered less frequently, and there may be a minimum order quantity to qualify for free shipping. Any shipments below this minimum will incur a delivery charge.

The LCBO no longer allows wines to be shipped to LCBO stores. We apologize for this inconvenience.

While shipping problems and errors are a rarity, they can happen. If there is a problem with your delivery, such as breakage or an incorrect wine or vintage, please call 416-894-8681 within 14 calendar days of your purchase. We will provide a replacement or refund your credit card if no replacement is available or practicable.

Return/Refund Policy:

We know purchasing a case of wine is a commitment and we want you to be satisfied. We will allow returns, with no questions asked. You will be charged for any missing bottles.

Mixed cases contain wines at different prices. If you are return a mixed case, and there are any missing bottles, we will charge you for the price of the missing bottle(s) as opposed to the average bottle price.

Corked or Faulty Product

There have been significant improvements by the cork industry over the past ten years, but the occasional bottle can have cork taint or some other wine fault. We can accept corked or faulty bottles for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Do not pour the product out, as we may request the bottle be picked up and brought back to our office. Three-quarters of the bottle’s original contents is required to claim the item as faulty or corked. If the bottle’s closure type is cork, please seal the bottle with the original cork.
